Identifying opportunities to help achieve your business goals and objectives can be difficult.  It can be even more difficult to receive approval to execute a project designed to bring these opportunities to fruition.  At 4SIGHT, we believe project proposals have the best chance of receiving approval when the business case provides an accurate account of the current state of your business and a clear vision of its future.  Based on the data gathered regarding opportunities for improvement, we will focus on the realistic development of cost justification data to support the business case for the deployment of the software application.

        • Identify specific software features and functions that will be needed to meet performance goals and achieve superior levels of accuracy, productivity and store service.
         
        • Gather the data necessary for preparation of a report on our observations relating to the cost justification analysis.
         
        Determine the high-level estimated total deployment cost for the best-of-breed solution including software, hardware, vendor services, and your business services and maintenance.
         
        • Determine the high-level, estimated savings opportunities made possible through the deployment of the new solution.
         
        • Determine the “soft” or non-quantifiable benefits – store service improvements, improved inventory visibility, etc.
         
        • Based on the estimated total deployment cost and the estimated quantifiable savings, develop the high-level business case for the WMS solution.
