Next steps include modeling business changes to your current state, preparing alternative solutions, analyzing the alternatives and impact to your operation, selecting the alternative plan and preparing the deployment plan, and deployment. |

The duration of a facility layout and design engagement is based on a variety of factors. The simplest designs may take three-to-four weeks while more detailed designs may take up to two-to-three months.
