At 4SIGHT, we work with you in the early stages of the project’s life cycle to develop an integrated Implementation RoadMap. The Roadmap documents those activities that need to be executed by vendors, third parties and the various departments within your organization. It defines the project organizational structure and the lines of communication. It sets realistic expectations, provides individual accountability and facilitates solid budgeting. The Implementation Roadmap is a blueprint with the tools needed to closely monitor and manage toward a successful implementation. The time spent building an Implementation RoadMap and then executing against it will save you time, money and frustration. No project should move forward without one! |

The objective is to provide a RoadMap that will help manage your implementation and to understand the resource requirements to deploy a successful solution. Our Implementation RoadMap consists of the following deliverables: |

• Assessment Report – Identifies the operational, technical and project planning assumptions used in the development of the Implementation RoadMap. |

• Integrated Project Plan – Integrated Microsoft project plan that defines high-level project phases and all the detailed tasks associated with each phase. The project plan will assign resources to each task, will identify task dependencies (predecessors), will estimate work effort for each task and will define the critical path for the project. The project plan will be the estimating tool used to initially calculate the forecasted “GO-LIVE” date of the project. |

• Direct Labor Report – Calculates the forecasted direct labor budget and staffing plan for the project, including all internal and external resources. |
