Functional Requirements should describe all the processes and workflows to be performed by the software solution. RFP responses will determine what requirements are included in the base application as well as those supported by a modification or process change. Identify and document the Technical Requirements for your solution to include interface points and hardware, such as radio frequency networking and terminals, and printers.
