Training Program Development - this program is led by a Training Coordinator who has a good understanding of the application you have selected. It's a customized program built for your business with your terminology and your business processes. We develop a thorough set of audience appropriate training materials related to your solution's configuration to ensure that all supervisors and end-users are properly trained. We develop appropriate training aids for use in instructed training courses along with agendas and curriculum for each class and target audience, tailoring the content and delivery methods to the specific requirements of each group being trained. We work with IT to build out a Training Environment with repeatable Training data sets that can be refreshed after every class. Finally, we ensure the quality of your Training Program by developing certification processes to measure the level of trainee understanding and proficiency. |

Training Execution - whether you build out the Training Program, or your selected software provider does, or whether a third party consultant does, that's just the beginning. Vendor Specific Product Training - at 4SIGHTwe also offer vendor specific product training classes, either online through WebEx, or on-site. This is more of an introductory product training class to give your team an overview of the capabilities around a specific software solution. We offer a 2-Day program and a 5-Day program. The 2-day program is more of a high-level overview, whereas the 5-Day program is more detailed with some information and training material left behind. |
