Frank Camean

President & CEO

As CEO and founder of 4SIGHT Supply Chain Group, Frank is ultimately responsible for all 4SIGHT projects and clients. Frank has been involved in Supply Chain systems implementation since the early 1990’s, with roots in Operations and Distribution. He is actively involved in client projects, particularly as Advisor and assisting with WMS Designs because of his extensive WMS background. He’s assisted with overall Program Management and is the architect of 4SIGHT’s Implementation RoadMap and Implementation Methodology. Frank’s leadership and execution skills, coupled with his implementation experience, are highly sought out by 4SIGHT clients. He is instrumental in helping clients understand the challenges involved in supply chain transformation projects and helps identify the right strategy, resource plan, risks and associated budget for each unique engagement.

Prior to founding 4SIGHT, Frank was Vice President of Implementation Services at ESYNC and TranSystems. Before his career at Transystems, he served as a Senior Project Manager for a tier-one supply chain execution software provider. He has considerable experience across all major verticals including retail, e-commerce, grocery, industrial distribution, 3rd party logistics, apparel, manufacturing, etc. Along with his supply chain software application expertise, Frank has deep experience with material handling & sortation systems, facility layout and general warehousing and distribution processes.

Frank has led 4SIGHT to prestigious awards that include Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in America, Consulting Magazine’s Fastest Growing Consulting Firms, Top 100 Supply Chain Companies by Supply & Demand Chain Executive, Top 100 Great Supply Chain Partner by Supply Chain Brain, Food & Logistics Top 100 by Food Logistics Magazine, and Manhattan Associates Partner of the Year.

Frank is also a recognized Pros to Know, and he has had several articles published in the trade press with DC Velocity, Material Handling Management, Frontline Solutions, Transportation & Distribution Monthly, and Distribution Center Management. Mr. Camean is bilingual (Spanish). His fluency in Spanish has been of particular value with 4SIGHT clients.


Greg Puckett


Mr. Puckett is responsible for the success of 4SIGHT's client partnerships worldwide. He ensures that client needs are identified and met by aligning the right resources to provide the right solutions. In addition to client services, Greg's responsibilities include Sales, Marketing, Recruiting and Strategic Partnerships. He has over 18 years of experience helping companies improve their supply chain by leveraging best-in-class technology, consulting, and engineering solutions.

He has extensive experience helping companies across all major industry verticals including retail, consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, 3rd party logistics, life sciences, industrial distribution and manufacturing.

Greg provides strong project leadership and execution skills, understanding of distribution and fulfillment operations and technology, and extensive “inside” knowledge of how supply chain software vendors position, sell and implement their solutions. Greg is an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).


Shivaz Sekhon

VP of Implementation Services

Shivaz is an innovative Supply Chain Leader with a track record of taking on complex assignments and delivering customer-focused results. He understands how to develop and lead a high-performing team and effectively balance day-to-day objectives with long-term strategic planning. He has worked with a broad spectrum of industry supply chain strategy solutions and has strong practical experience in designing and implementing core distribution planning and execution platforms to enable state of the art retailing for multiple tier-1 companies.

A well-known industry veteran, Shivaz brings years of experience helping clients successfully deploy their product suite of supply chain applications. Among his high profile and transformational projects, he drove the development and delivery of the global Manhattan Associates functional footprint for Nike.

Shivaz has deep experience across many industries including retail, apparel, consumer packaged goods and others. His domain and application expertise is the result of years of immersion in distribution operations and hands-on experience integrating supply chain solutions with new and existing business processes.

As VP of Implementation Services, Shivaz is responsible for the delivery of all supply chain implementation projects. Shivaz has served in various lead roles including full cycle implementation and design architect for WMS and Omni-channel solutions. He has worked with a broad spectrum of industry supply chains, gaining practical experience in designing and implementing core distribution planning and execution solutions as well as other auxiliary warehouse functions to enable Omni-channel retailing for multiple tier-1 companies.


Scott Halvorson

Senior Director, HighJump WMS Practice

As the leader of 4SIGHT's HighJump Software practice, Scott brings more than 16 years of experience designing, deploying and optimizing HighJump solutions. He has implemented HighJump Warehouse Management, Labor Management and Yard Management solutions worldwide. His deep understanding of HighJump applications and supply chain best practices enable him to implement highly stable and fast-performing solutions. Scott’s HighJump experience includes helping clients determine the right technology approach, create a sound technical design, perform project and risk management, and configure/develop the application.

Prior to joining 4SIGHT, Scott served as Director of Distribution Systems at Ashley Furniture where he was responsible for support, design, and configuration of the HighJump WMS, YMS, and LMS solutions for both wholesale and retail. Before working at Ashley, Scott spent 12+ years implementing HighJump solutions as a Senior Project Manager on the Professional Services team at HighJump. While at HighJump he led the design, build, implementation, and go-live support for several major projects. Scott also worked directly with international HighJump resellers, teaching them implementation methodology and helping with system design. He has deep experience across many industries including retail, food & beverage, manufacturing, electronics, third-party logistics and others.


Hal Feuchtwanger

Senior Director, Transportation

As 4SIGHT's Transportation Practice Leader, Hal provides hands-on expertise for clients and is responsible for building out our transportation capabilities. A highly regarded industry veteran, Hal brings more than 30 years of experience helping companies optimize their transportation and logistics operations. Hal has served in a variety of senior operations, consulting and software implementation roles throughout his career and has engaged in multiple domestic and international transportation projects.

Prior to joining 4SIGHT, Hal served as Senior Director of Global Logistics for Samsung Electronics America. Over the course of his career, Hal has directed large-scale logistics operations for several industry leaders including McDonald's, Walmart, and Michaels Stores. Hal has also been at the forefront of logistics technology development and adoption with industry pioneers such as Manugistics, i2 Technologies, and One Network Enterprises. 

Hal has experience across many industries and his success in transportation and logistics comes from years of immersion in supply chain operations and hands-on experience deploying tier-1 TMS applications.


Mark Tuskey

Director, Warehousing Practice

Mark has over twenty-five years of Supply Chain operations and supply chain software implementation experience. With experience across many industries including retail, CPG, healthcare and consumer electronics, Mark leverages extensive knowledge of supply chain operations, distribution processes, material handling systems and technology. He has broad experience with multiple applications including WMS, OMS, LMS and TMS. Mark’s success in developing and implementing systems comes from years of immersion in supply chain operations and hands-on experience integrating technology with new and existing business processes.

Mark brings extensive expertise with implementing large-scale supply chain software projects, having been responsible for project management; technical/functional design; QA/test management; QA/test plan development and execution; configuration; modifications design, development and delivery; integration; training; implementation support; etc.

Prior to joining 4SIGHT Mark was a consultant for a supply chain consulting/systems integration firm, and before that a manager for a supply chain software vendor now known as JDA Software.

His vendor applications experience includes JDA, Manhattan Associates, HighJump Software, Infor and others. Mark holds a B.S. in Business from SUNY as well as an MBA from Chapman University. Mark was recently named a 2014 "Pro To Know" by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.


Brian Ehlenberg

Director, Workforce Optimization Practice

Brian brings over 25 years experience in applying technology to supply chain operations. His expertise includes workforce/labor optimization, Engineered Labor Standards development, and supply chain business analysis & improvement. Brian has broad experience across all major industries including retail, apparel, 3rd party logistics, consumer electronics, high tech, automotive food & beverage, and telecommunications. At 4SIGHT, Brian leads and supports all Labor Optimization engagements with our clients.

Prior to 4SIGHT, Brian served as Director of Engineering for Peach State Integrated Technologies where he was responsible for managing a team of Industrial Engineers delivering Labor Management solutions for multiple clients. Brian’s career experience includes working for several systems integration / consulting firms as well as for JDA Software, a leading supply chain software provide. Brian is a senior, proven and industry-acknowledged expert on JDA LMS. He has demonstrable experience, expertise and leadership skills to ensure project success.

Brian is also a Commander in the United States Naval Reserves. He was recently named a 2014 "Pro To Know" by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.


Jenae Cahanes

Director, Marketing

A well-known industry veteran, Cahanes brings more than ten years of experience helping software and technology firms expand their reach through digital and traditional marketing and business development. As Director of Marketing, Jenae is responsible for managing all marketing activities that include brand awareness, marketing campaigns, event management, social media strategy, market research, website marketing, communications management, media coordination, sales (lead) generation, and more. Jenae leads, designs and executes these marketing strategies to help grow new and existing 4SIGHT services.

Prior to joining 4SIGHT, Cahanes held marketing leadership positions at Spok (formerly Amcom Software) and HighJump Software, a supply chain execution software provider. Her expertise includes developing and executing demand generation efforts, building brand presence and connecting supply chain practicioners with compelling industry content and thought leadership.
